Global Partnerships for the Skilled Workforce of Tomorrow

We are actively committed to promoting and securing qualified professionals in Germany. In this context, we cooperate with a wide range of external training institutions and universities to ensure practice-oriented and forward-looking education across various industries. Our goal is to systematically prepare young talents — both from Germany and abroad — for the demands of the German labor market and to integrate them sustainably into professional life.

We are currently working on several international projects in collaboration with partner countries to identify and harness global talent potential and integrate it into existing structures. These projects are at various stages of planning and implementation and cover a broad spectrum of industries and qualifications. In this way, we contribute actively to international networking in the field of education and to the long-term development of a skilled workforce in Germany.
