Award Ceremony and Fundraising Gala

The African German Association e.V., in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, cordially invites you to a special award ceremony and fundraising event. This evening is dedicated to promoting a prestigious architectural project, the "African House."

The African House

In May 2021, the idea of a group of dedicated Africans in Berlin emerged to raise awareness of the well-being of people of African descent. The "African House" will stand as a symbol of progress and cultural pride, combining Africa's rich cultural heritage with modern architectural design.

The "African House" will include, among other features, a library, a museum, an intercontinental restaurant, an event hall, a daycare center, an educational center, and a recreational hall. Its aim is to create a social platform that fosters intercultural understanding and facilitates special African summits between Africa and European partners.

4:00 PM: Musical accompaniment and guest reception
4:30 PM: Welcome by the Master of Ceremonies, Mr. Benedict Johnson
5:00 PM: Introduction of the AGA by President Mr. Michael H. Williams
5:15 PM: Opening speech by H.E. Ayodele Olawande Wisdom, Nigerian Minister of Youth Development
5:30 PM: Presentation by H.E. Dr. Lola John, Minister of Tourism of the Federal Republic of Nigeria
5:40 PM: Speeches by three additional distinguished guests
6:00 PM: Intercontinental dinner with classical music accompaniment
6:50 PM: Award Ceremony
7:30 PM: 3D presentation of the African House
7:50 PM: Cultural dance performances, auctions & fundraising
8:10 PM: Comedy show featuring renowned Nigerian comedian Benedict Johnson
8:30 PM: Music and special relaxation dishes
